Description

Fruit and water are added to the stainless steel double jacketed steam kettle and heated slowly. Sugar is added to achieve required Brix then heated to appropriate temperature. Product is then boiled before the addition of preservative. Once product has been tested for Brix, pH, taste and viscosity, is then filled into pails and labeled.
